Senior Project Manager
Blake’s responsibilities as Senior Project Manager include management of the day-to-day operations of Frontera’s active development projects. This includes preparation and processing of development entitlements and permits, contractor coordination, and management of project budgets and schedules.
Blake has participated in the development of multi-family, office, retail, self-storage, and land development projects in various capacities over the past 10 years. Previously, Blake has served as an analyst at a real estate investment bank & capital brokerage firm, market analyst with a residential real estate research firm, as an associate broker, as well as project manager for opportunistic focused principals specializing in mixed-use developments.
Blake holds a Master of Science in Real Estate & Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a BA in Finance from Chapman University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
