Frontera and its principals have developed over a million square feet of self-storage space with several new projects in the pipeline. We work closely with a team or experienced architects, contractors, and consultants to recognize opportunities and execute our plan of developing “class A” properties in strong markets. We believe that a property should be not only financially feasible, but should architecturally fit within the area in which it is being constructed.
