Formed in 2015, Frontera Real Estate is a commercial real estate company focused on the acquisition and development of commercial assets. Our team prides itself on being detail-oriented and focused on identifying opportunities to add value to real property. Frontera specializes in land entitlement and value-add acquisitions. We leverage our team’s experience in operations, entitlements, development, and due diligence to provide superior results to our investors. We recognize the value of strategic partnerships and credit our success in part to long-lasting relationships in the industry. Frontera primarily targets opportunities to acquire self-storage, industrial, and unentitled land in the Western US. Our team has over 40 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate with the development and acquisition of over 2 million square feet of real estate.
